Debbie and I went with Jane and Jon on their wonderful pilgrimage in 2024, spending a week at holy sites in Italy, and a week at the Marian shrine at Medjugorje. Jane and Jon are incredible blessings to our faith community and did a fantastic job of coordinating all the details it takes to shepherd more than two dozen pilgrims. It was an unforgettable experience that deepened our spiritual connection to Jesus, saints, and blessed of our Catholic Church. We loved strolling through the streets and over the bridges in Venice, and seeing the churches and sites in Assisi, Loreto, Osimo, and Ancona. The extended stay in Medjugorje was incredibly peaceful and let us leave behind the distractions of our daily lives as we were guided by Mary toward peace. It was incredible seeing the faithful from all over the world, and hear them in their many languages be as excited as we were. What an honor for us all to be called there by our Blessed Mother to pray for peace, to fall in love with Jesus in the Eucharist, and to carry it all home in our hearts, ready to share with others—like you!
We made fast friendships with many of the folks we traveled with, and the memories of the sights and insights continue to influence our lives. We would go again in a heartbeat—we are already signed up!

An Unforgettable Catholic Pilgrimage Experience!
I recently had the blessing of joining this incredible Catholic pilgrimage, and I can truly say it exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully planned to ensure a seamless and spiritually enriching journey.
The itinerary was absolutely outstanding, covering some of the most famous and sacred destinations. Each stop was carefully selected, allowing us to deeply connect with our faith while experiencing the rich history and beauty of these holy sites. Our knowledgeable tour guides brought every location to life with their deep insights and engaging storytelling, making each visit even more meaningful.
Safety and comfort were clearly a top priority throughout the trip. The travel arrangements were well-organized, ensuring we maximized our time at each destination without feeling rushed. The accommodations were top-notch—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located to enhance our experience.
One of the highlights of the pilgrimage was the incredible food! Every meal was a delight, offering a delicious taste of the local cuisine while accommodating various dietary needs. Sharing these meals with fellow pilgrims added to the sense of community and spiritual connection.
Beyond the logistics, what truly set this pilgrimage apart was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The journey was not only well-organized but also filled with joy, camaraderie, and moments of deep reflection. Whether you’re traveling alone, with family, or as part of a group, you will feel right at home with this wonderful pilgrimage experience.
I highly recommend this pilgrimage to anyone looking for a faith-filled adventure that is safe, comfortable, and truly life-changing. It is an experience that will stay with you forever!

PAX Journeys, Italy and Medjugorje pilgrimages headed by Jane and Jon Weis should not be missed. This is a very special, blessed pilgrimage through some of the most sacred places on earth, St Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican, the sacred Basilica of St. Francis and Basilica of St. Clare in Assisi, and Medjugorje. Being part of this pilgrimage, I was blessed and was touched by the holy spirit in Assisi. This pilgrimage will reunite and strengthens your relationship with God and reconciliation with the church and its teachings. It is a spiritual journey guided by the holy spirit that teaches you so much about Christianity, its origins and teaches us what it takes to be a disciple of Jesus, mind, body and spirit.

I was asked by Jon and Jane Weis to write a short paragraph on the wonderful Rome and Medjugorje Pilgrimage that we were privileged to go on in 2004. I went to a meeting after Mass one Sunday after seeing a notice in our church bulletin. I met Jon and Jane for the first time at this meeting. My first thought was I could never afford a trip to Europe, but after seeing all the information, the schedules, the itinerary, accommodations at monasteries, planned meals, all for half what you could do on your own, my wife and I signed up for what turned out to be the trip of a life time. The beautiful churches in Rome, and an audience with Pope John Paul II were memorable highlights. We had an incredible spiritual awareness and growth at Medjugorje. The trip changed our lives.
You want to grow in your faith and become more Christ centered go on this Pilgrimage. It changes lives. Thank you Jon and Jane for all that you do…

Our spiritual journey which started in Rome and culminated in Medjugorje was truly a wonderful experience for our family. The blessings of Medjugorje are many but many of those blessings involve more of a healing of the soul rather than anything physical. Often, the miracle of this special pilgrimage results in a revitalization of one’s faith and spiritual journey. We know that was the ultimate result for our family. This special ministry enabled my wife, daughter and youngest son to visit the roots of our faith and experience the spirituality of Medjugorje. Also, we witnessed the universitality of our faith meeting people from all over the world. We are truly thankful for those who take the time and effort to make such a pilgrimage possible.
God bless, Bob, Toni and family
My experience was one that will be treasured and remembered for ever! This time spent with my husband opened doors of spiritual connection and closeness which we had never before shared! Our pilgrimage to Rome, Assisi andMedjugorie was incredible! We plan on going again on the next schedule trip! That is how very special it was to both of us!

It was a life changing experience as my faith has grown day by day since my return from Rome and Medjugorie. I made lifelong friendships with people whose faith changed like mine did. We have a small family of others who without speaking know we are one through the experiences we shared.Medjugorie centers your life on what belief in Jesus really means, how powerful prayer with a community is, and how important peace through caring about others can change the world.
Your heart will be in two places.

When I first thought of going to Medjugorje, I didn’t know why I should go. However, I felt that I was being called to go. In preparation for my trip, I read various books by WayneWeible and Patrick Madrid on their perspective of the events of Medjugorje. The more I read about Medjugorje and these two men’s experiences with the Blessed Virgin Mary, the clearer it became of why I was called to go on this pilgrimage. Yes, it is a pilgrimage. For me, it was a life changing event. I allowed the Holy Spirit to guide me on this journey. SinceMedjugorje , I have tried to continue what Mary has asked me to do on a daily basis. The things She asks of me are not difficult, however, they are life changing. Some of the things She is asking me to do include: praying the Rosary every day and receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation on a more frequent basis. What the pilgrimage has done and is doing for me is leading me to live a more Christian way of life. Also, I am more aware of God’s love for me.

I have several fond memories. The Vatican was most impressive, and having an audience with the Pope was so impressive. All the art that you have seen and heard about now you see with your own eyes.
Medjugorje was also great. I have never been is a place where the town and all around the town was like a big church. When I went there I was open to God and ask him to give me what I most needed, so He did. I have been afraid of dying for a long time and He revealed to me that dying was not to be feared. Now I am not afraid of dying.
If you have the time and want to grow in your faith, this is the trip to take.

Ted and I are converts to the Faith and it was such a privilege to go to the Vatican. The day we had the audience in front of the Holy Father was one of the high points of the trip….to be in this great crowd of people from all over the world, hearing all the different languages spoken and to know we are all united in one church given to us from our Lord Himself. And then on toMedjugorje and to experience the same “oneness” with so many from all over the world. We can definitely believe “We are many parts but we’re all one body.” The ancient churches we saw were just unbelievable and seemed as if we truly were walking on holy ground upon entering them. Jon and Jane did such a wonderful job keeping track of their little “flock.” I would encourage any and all that has the opportunity to go for it!

As a cradle Catholic, I learned more about the foundation of my faith in 1 week than I have learned in my lifetime. I walked where saints walked and experienced the Church in a way I never dreamed of experiencing it. Though the first part of the trip was fast, I wouldn’t have wanted to miss any part of it. I laughed, I cried, I prayed, I listened. I found myself connect with the 2000 year old church and with others who journeyed with me. What began as a “vacation” continues as a journey. I have wanted to go toMedugorje for many years but never dreamed it would be possible. Jon and Jane have this so organized, you never need to ask “what if?” I advise anybody considering a pilgrimage or trip to Rome/Medugorje, to take advantage of this opportunity. It truly is a mountain-top experience!

Walk where St. Peter walked in Rome over 2000 years ago, share time with throngs of people of all nationalities at a visit with the Pope, all praying as one people in St. Peter’s Square, and stand on the spot where Our Lady, the Queen of Peace, met with six young visionaries inMedjugorje with messages of peace and love from her son, Our Lord. Wow.
Of course, anyone can go to these places on their own …but why would you want to? Jane and Jon have everything organized so that you can experience as much as possible in this 12-day trip …at a price that isn’t equaled anywhere. The price of this pilgrimage includes everything from airfare, toMarko meeting you at the airport with our very own bus, staying at the very special convent hotels in Rome and Assisi and sharing the hospitality of the family of one of the visionaries inMedjugorje – meals, too! While thousands of pilgrims stand in long lines to purchase tickets, Jane has it all coordinated ahead of time to walk right in for the Vatican tours, and to thepre -arranged tour of the excavations beneath St. Peter’s Basilica where only 120 visitors are allowed each day. Jon knows exactly where and when the bus needs to be so we move quickly to the next site. The same is true of the tours in Assisi and the visits to the Apparition site and Cross Mountain inMedjugorje.
Words cannot describe the power and peace of such a pilgrimage with a community of believers. The best way to tell you is this: We first never thought we would ever venture outside the USA… and after a once-in-a-lifetime trip with Jon and Jane, we took a SECOND trip with them two years later….and without a doubt we would go with them again, and hopefully we will one day, if they are able to continue this awesome ministry! ….
